Key Terms

Service, Content, and Changes

MCC and its software, workflows, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms and your subscription, MCC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service as we improve the product, address security needs, or respond to legal and operational requirements. We may also update these Terms of Use; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

MCC supports structured workflows. It does not replace the responsibility to comply with applicable requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, MCC is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the service is subject to the limitations, disclaimers, and any additional subscription terms provided with your plan. If you have questions about these terms, please contact MCC Support.
